1 t. powdered wasabi
1 t. water
1 T. soy sauce
2 c. cooked short grained rice, cooled
1/4 c. seasoned rice vinegar
3/4 lb. crabmeat
1 c. chopped avocado
1 c. peeled & chopped cucumber
1/2 c. sliced green onions, light green and white parts
1/4 c. chopped pickled ginger
2 T. mayonnaise
4 sheets nori*
4 - 10″ tortillas (flavor option: spinach)
Dissolve the wasabi in the water in a small bowl. Add soy sauce. Set aside.
Add rice vinegar to cooked rice. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine the wasabi mixture, rice mixture and remaining ingredients. Toss into tortillas lined with nori.
