This recipe collection has been gathered over the years from various sources. If it’s good enough to make twice, it goes in the archive! I’ve edited many of the recipes and truncated some of the instructions. These recipes assume basic cooking knowledge - i.e. if you don’t know how to cook rice, read the package, then proceed as directed in the recipe.
