green tea is good for you right?
An evening at Malaga was the setting for trying some new dishes and drinks.
The tapas were delicious. We shared Almogrote de Alcachofas, which is a Spinach and Artichoke dip; Queso de Cabra Frito, fried goat cheese fritters with a red onion marmalade; Gazpacho Andaluz, a more smooth and creamy gazpacho than I am used to but still yummy; Empanadas Salamanca which are pastries stuffed with spinach, mushrooms and cheese; and finally some Gambas al Ajillo, or garlic and olive oil sauteed shrimp.
Everything we had was good but the goat cheese was the best. Actually, that red onion marmalade made the dish.
However the best new thing that I tried was a drink made with green tea vodka! I assume that all of those wellness articles are not referring to this:
Talk about tasty! Instead of 1-2 cups of green tea a day, maybe 1-2 green tea martinis? OK, maybe not.

Mmmmm! Sounds lovely. I think when you have a buzz, you naturally have fewer wrinkles, so it’s like double-action.

It was soooo fun. Wish I could have actually been a drinking participant.
